2. Account Balance & Refunds

• When a user initiates self-exclusion, we will process any remaining account balance quickly and securely.
• Refunds will be issued via PayPal, Venmo, or check payable to the user.
• If you have not completed the required identity verification process, you must do so before funds can be released. Please review our Terms and Conditions in the Disrupt Arcade app for more details.
• Refunds will be prioritized to minimize any inconvenience to you.
