Delete Your Account

Disrupt Arcade ("we", "us") is operated by Disrupt Labs, Inc. This page explains how to request account deletion and what happens to your data.

How to delete your account

1. Cash out first. Withdraw any remaining wallet balance before deleting your account. Balances cannot be recovered after deletion.
2. Open the Disrupt Arcade app and sign in.
3. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion when prompted.

What happens when you delete

• Your account is permanently deactivated and you will no longer be able to sign in with that email or player ID.
• You cannot create a new account using the same email address after deletion.
• We stop collecting new data associated with your account.

Data we delete vs. retain

Deleted or disabled: login access, active wallet use, and ongoing collection of gameplay or profile updates tied to your account.

Retained: for fraud prevention, compliance, and dispute resolution, we keep your email address and PlayFab player ID in our deactivation records. We may also retain transaction, tournament, and match history as required by law or for financial record-keeping. We do not define a fixed automatic deletion period for these retained records.

Request help or further data removal

If you cannot access the app or need additional data removed, email hello@disruptarcade.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your display name and, if available, your Player ID. We respond within a reasonable time.
